Annual Membership Luncheon
The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Membership Luncheon was held Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center. The Annual Membership Luncheon was sponsored by Fidelity Deposit & Discount Bank.
This annual event features the Chamber’s annual awards including the Pride & Progress Awards, the Hometown Star Award, the Healthy Workplace Awards, the ATHENA Award, the Award for Excellence in Professional Development and, the newest addition, the Green Practices Award.
MetroAction, Inc. also presents “Micro-Grants” to area childcare providers at this annual event. MetroAction’s Micro-Grant program aims to increase the supply of quality, affordable childcare available to northeastern Pennsylvania
