Family Day
The next Chamber "Family Day" event will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Roba Family Farms, RR 1 Box 247, Decker Road, Dalton. It runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Chamber Day at Roba Family Farms presents a unique opportunity for you, your employees and guests to enjoy discounted admission-which includes a hayride, farm animal center, kids corral play area, farm discovery center, Roba's mega maze, kiddie train rides, mini corn maze, "Cracklin' Review" chicken show, Bunnyville, "Hillbilly" pig races and, of course, the pumpkin patch.
New this year is the Sundown marshmallow roast and "Bert the Beekeeper." Through the courtesy of our host, the Roba family, all children 12 and under will receive a complimentary pumpkin, 5 pounds or less.
Members may also gather at the Chamber hospitality tent which will be filled with activities for everyone. Members can arrive between 10 AM and 10 PM, and the Chamber hospitality tent will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To reserve your tickets, call the CHAMBER at 570-342-7711 and ask for Marie Ferraro. Buy one ticket for $9.95 and you can bring a guest for FREE! Reservations must be made in advance. Discounted tickets are not available the day of the event.
