2010/2011 PROGRAM OF WORK

MISSION: “TO MAINTAIN AND ENHANCE THE FINANCIAL INTEGRITY OF THE GREATER SCRANTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATIONS.”

NEW: Work cooperatively with the Scranton Plan in order to develop and implement a new prospect tracking software program.

ONGOING: Conduct in-house technology training sessions for staff in order to maintain our high level of service to our Chamber members.

Support the administration of loan programs between SIDCo and MetroAction.

Continue the Finance Department internship program with the local educational institutions.

Monitor computer hardware and software needs and update as necessary.
