Deborah Kolsovsky

As executive vice president and managing director for institutional asset management, Deborah “Debbie” Kolsovsky is responsible for the execution of the business strategy of PNC Bank’s outsourced investment and retirement solutions business. This includes working with corporations, government entities, pension and defined contribution plan clients, endowments and foundations.  She was named to this role in April 2014. Prior, Kolsovsky served as the national sales director for the institutional investments business. She has been with PNC since 1990 and prior to recent roles has managed the wealth management and institutional investment group activities in NEPA, ensuring that a full range of services are provided to the high net worth clients, nonprofits and corporations. She has held various positions with PNC including credit analyst, credit department manager, commercial loan officer, corporate banking relationship manager and managing director of the private client group.

Kolsovsky is a graduate of Leadership Lackawanna and the Leadership Wilkes-Barre Executive Series. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, majoring in business administration/management.

Kolsovsky is very active in the community having served as a board member or volunteer for various organizations over the years. She is currently the president of the Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprise, vice chair of the Chamber and vice chair of the Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA. She is a fundraiser/volunteer for the United Way of Lackawanna County. Kolsovsky is a board member for Johnson College and the Wright Center for Community Health and also serves on the advisory board for Geisinger CMC Hospital.
