Allied Services Integrated Health System is proud to announce the promotion of James Cooney, HSE, NHA, to the position of Senior Vice President of Skilled Operations. In his role, James oversees the operations of the system’s skilled nursing facilities, personal care facilities, and continuing care retirement community.

With over 25 years of experience in post-acute care, James brings a wealth of expertise to his position. His innovative approach to oversight and operational management has led his facilities to achieve superior outcomes, earning recognition for Excellence in Long-Term Care by U.S. News and World Report.

James’s extensive knowledge of regulatory affairs and strategic policy insight has also earned him an appointment as a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association. In this capacity, he advocates for the needs of the more than 5,000 residents and patients served by Allied Services, as well as the broader population of older adults in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Dedicated to modernizing long-term care, James is committed to providing high-quality services in upscale yet comfortable environments, tailored to the individual needs of the aging community. His efforts were recognized in 2020 when he was named one of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s Top 20 Business Professionals Under 40.

Colleagues commend James for his persistence in staying current with evolving regulations, a quality that greatly benefits his associates.

Wayne Bank Promotes Among its Wealth Management and Trust Division

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Trust Operations Officer, Marianne McConeghy, to Assistant Vice President.

McConeghy joined the Bank in 2014 as a Trust Associate and was promoted to Trust Operations Officer in 2016. With over 35 years of banking experience, McConeghy oversees the daily operations of the Wealth Management and Trust Services Division of Wayne Bank.

Mr. Donnelly stated, “Marianne’s extensive knowledge and experience in wealth management and trust have made her well-deserving of this promotion. She continues to build strong customer relationships while giving exceptional customer service to our current client base.”

McConeghy holds an associate degree from Keystone College. She resides in Waymart, PA with her husband, Tom. They have one daughter.

Wayne Bank Promotes Collin Ennis to Assistant Vice President

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Collin Ennis to Assistant Vice President.

Collin joined Wayne Bank in 2022 and currently serves as a Commercial Loan Officer where he is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, initiating new business, and deepening current business relationships in his service areas of Wayne and Pike counties.  He is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.  He is in the process of continuing his education at the PA Banker’s Advanced School of Banking.  Collin resides in Pleasant Mount where he is a member of the Honesdale Jaycees.

PS Bank Announces Promotion of David B. Wintermute

PS Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of David B. Wintermute to Senior Credit Administration Officer / Senior Vice President.

Wintermute has been with PS Bank since 2021, previously serving as Senior Credit Officer. Under his leadership, the credit function has further developed and expanded.

As Senior Credit Administration Officer / Senior Vice President, Wintermute will continue to oversee the credit area in addition to loan operations, consumer underwriting, and collections.

PS Bank Announces Promotion of Sean Ann Schoen

PS Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Sean Ann Schoen to Marketing Director / Vice President. Sean Ann has been with PS Bank since 2020.

As Marketing Director / Vice President, Sean Ann will continue to oversee the bank’s marketing and communications as well as assume additional corporate and community-based responsibilities.

“Over the last four years, Sean Ann has been critical in the development of the PS Bank brand across our markets. In this new role, she will continue to serve as the primary ambassador of our brand in the community as well as further develop the marketing role at our bank,” said Anthony J. In the community, Sean Ann is a board member for the Deutsch Institute and serves the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce as a trustee for Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprises (LIFE).

She holds a bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in communications with a concentration in public relations and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Bloomsburg University. She resides in Dunmore with her husband Timothy and their daughter Casey.

PS Bank Announces Promotion of Paul Walsh

PS Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Walsh to Senior Lender / Senior Vice President.

Paul has been with PS Bank since 2015 serving as Commercial Loan Officer. Under Paul’s guidance, PS Bank’s lending presence in Lackawanna County increased exponentially and now represents the bank’s largest lending market.

As Senior Lender, Paul will be responsible for overseeing the management and leadership of lending at PS Bank.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in financial services from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.  He received a leadership certificate from the Wharton Executive Education Program in 2023.

Walsh resides in Greenfield Township with his wife Gina and their two children, P.J. and Tessa.

Wayne Bank Promotes John Baker to Senior Vice President

Jim Donnelly, President and CEO of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of John Baker to Senior Vice President.

John joined Wayne Bank in 2010 and currently serves as the Bank’s Information Technology Manager.  John is responsible for overseeing the administration of the Bank’s network infrastructure, telephone systems, and all related software programs. He holds an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology from Johnson College.  John resides in Hawley with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Adalynn.

Honesdale National Bank Promotes Employee to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Thomas E. Sheridan Jr., President, and CEO of The Honesdale National Bank, announced Sarah O’Hora has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer.

In making the statement, Sheridan noted, “Sarah’s recognized journey at HNB exemplifies dedication and perseverance as she started from a part-time role and ascended to her new pivotal role as AVP.” He continued, “This promotion is a result of her loyalty to our customers and identification of opportunities for the Bank to further serve our communities through lending.”

O’Hora is a graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree (Cum Laude) from Millersville University in 2011. She also attended the PA Bankers School of Banking in 2015, Leadership Northern Poconos Class of 2016, ABA Bank Marketing School Program in 2016, and PA Bankers School of Commercial Lending in 2023.

Currently residing in Lake Ariel, PA, she started her 12-year career in the financial industry with HNB. Previous positions included Teller, Customer Service Representative, Marketing Assistant, Marketing and Communications Specialist, Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, Commercial Loan Officer I, Commercial Loan Officer II, and she will continue her career as AVP, Commercial Loan Officer.

In this role, she is responsible for developing and managing commercial loan relationships, collecting, and analyzing financial information, and negotiating terms for small business and other commercial loan applicants.

In describing her time with HNB, O’Hora said, “In the past 12 years, I have gotten to know many of the hardworking individuals who make our communities thrive. I enjoy learning about their businesses and helping them reach their goals and continue to grow.” She continued, “HNB was founded to support the local communities and we are continuing to do just that.”

Sarah attends Wallenpaupack Church and serves as Worship Director. She also enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, pheasant hunting, target shooting, ATV rides, and walks in the woods with their family dog, Nelli.

NEPA Alliance Announces Promotion of Government Procurement Program Manager

Jeffrey Box, President & CEO of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kara Smith to Government Procurement Program Manager.

Kara will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and, and informational assistance to businesses regarding government contracting opportunities. In addition to helping these companies with their expansion and/or entry into contracting with federal, state, and local governments, she will be leading the administration of the APEX program.

Kara will succeed Frank Migneco who will retire July 31, 2024. “Frank has done a superb job managing the APEX Program and we will miss him, but we wish him well in his retirement,” said Jeffrey Box, President & CEO.

Kara has a Master of Business Administration, Carson-Newman University, Jefferson City, Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice, Minor in Psychology, Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. She resides in Dalton.

Wayne Bank Announces Promotion in Mortgage Department

Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tiffany Dzwieleski to Bank Officer and Mortgage Originator.

Dzwieleski joined the Bank in 2021 and is a Xinnix Certified Originator, an accomplishment that less than 1% of originators nationwide have completed.

Mr. Donnelly stated, “Tiffany’s passion for helping our customers find the right mortgage to suit their lifestyle makes her a wonderful resource on our mortgage team. Her naturally friendly, helpful, and sincere nature are a perfect fit for her role, and I look forward to witnessing her future success within our organization. Dzwieleski is extremely active within her community.  She is a member of the Honesdale Area Jaycees and the Honesdale Lions Club.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Wayne Pike Building Industry Association.  She resides in Honesdale with her Husband, Frank, their two Cockapoo’s, Gus, and Fred, and a rescue cat, named Bobby.
