Ferdinand Feola is Promoted to Senior Vice President at The Dime Bank

President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Bochnovich and the Board of Directors announced the promotion of Ferdinand Feola to Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and a member of The Dime Bank’s Senior Officer team.

Feola joined The Dime Bank’s management team in 2019 as Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. Within this role, Feola leads a strategic, cohesive bank-wide technology program to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives. Feola evaluates and implements new systems and upgrades existing infrastructure for the optimal use of data, information, and digital technology platforms. These efforts assist in achieving greater convenience and time saving benefits for customers and increased efficiency for the bank’s employees.

He is a published columnist writing technology articles for national publications. Feola is also a licensed minister and together with his wife, Bonnie, they have a passion for seeing families prosper and restored. They have been involved in Foster Care for several years, served in several positions in the local church, and have led and participated in multiple short-term outreach trips to Romania and Puerto Rico.

NET Credit Union Makes Career Moves

Multiple Net Credit Union employees receive promotions.


Phil Zvirblis has been promoted to Branch Manager. After receiving a degree in Economics from Bloomsburg University, Phil has since spent the last decade working in the financial industry, most recently as a Loan Officer at NET. He will manage the branches with help from the Assistant Branch Managers.


Jessica Tonkin has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at our Olyphant location. Jessica graduated from Lackawanna College with a degree in Sports Management and minor in Business. She has over fourteen years’ experience with NET Credit Union, most recently being the temporary Assistant Branch Manager position, which she has done an exceptional job at the last six months.


Sean Thorpe has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at our Scranton location. After having received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, Sean has since spent more than a decade working in financial institutions, most recently being a Senior Loan Officer at NET.

Wayne Bank Promotes Kristen E. Lancia to Assistant Vice President

Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristen E. Lancia to Assistant Vice President.

Kristen began her career with Wayne Bank in 2012 and currently serves as the Bank’s Marketing Officer.  She earned a B.S. in Design & Merchandising with a Writing Concentration from Drexel University and is currently working towards her Certified Financial Marketing Professional designation.  Kristen resides in Scranton with her husband, Ralph, and enjoys cooking, gardening, and practicing yoga.

Lida Kiefer Named Practice Manager of The Wright Center for Community Health’s Hawley Location

The Wright Center for Community Health recently promoted longtime clinical employee Lida Kiefer to the leadership role of Practice Manager.

Kiefer will lead The Wright Center’s Hawley Practice at 103 Spruce Street, where she will be responsible for daily operations including oversight of patient flow, staff and services. The Wayne County office is home to clinical staff who provide primary and preventive care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, including routine check-ups, sick visits, behavioral/mental health, and addiction and recovery services.

A graduate of McCann School of Business and Technology, Kiefer joined The Wright Center in 2012 as an administrative assistant and worked her way up to the role of certified medical assistant II. She most recently served as Co-Manager of Medical Assistants, responsible for monitoring patient care quality and coordination as well as daily oversight of all medical assistants on staff. In addition to her leadership responsibilities at Hawley as Practice Manager, Kiefer will also serve as a medical assistant there.
