Each ticket includes access to two (2) keynote sessions, four (4) breakout sessions as well as any of the Wellness Studio sessions. It also includes continental breakfast and lunch, coffee, tea, and water.Additional water stations are also provided free of charge. Attendees are encouraged to bring refillable water bottles.
The EMPOWER Agenda will be available at scrantonchamber.com to view prior to the day of the event.In addition, EMPOWER utilizes the WHOVA APP for this event. Attendees will be uploaded to the APP and provided access to the full agenda, speakers list, sponsor list, and Vendor list starting April 1, 2025.A paper, printed agenda will NOT be available the day of the event.

Yes. Each ticket MUST have an e-mail address associated with it. The e-mail address is used to communicate with attendees and provides access to the conference APP. All e-mail addresses must be provided as part of the registration no later than April 17, 2025.
All cancellations will be honored up until April 1, 2025. After April 1, 2025, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, no exceptions
Yes, we understand that schedules change and can accommodate change in attendee name requests until April 16, 2025. After April 16, 2025 attendee name change requests can not be honored.
Seating is assigned for the breakfast and lunch keynotes. Seating assignments will be released the week of the conference and cannot be changed.If your business purchased a TABLE you will be seated accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individual seating requests.Open seating is available in all of the breakout sessions.
Yes, a continental breakfast and lunch in the keynote sessions are included with your ticket registration. There will be gluten free and vegan options available.There will be a Grab and Go food station and Starbucks that will be open to purchase alternative meal options, snacks, bottled water, beverages, or coffee.
Kalahari is a CASH LESS facility. You must bring a credit card for purchases or convert cash into a pre-paid credit card in the Kalahari lobby (quite a distance from the Convention Center). EMPOWER staff will not be able to assist with this process.There will also be a vendor marketplace and bookstore where you can make purchases. EMPOWER vendors will accept cash, credit cards and VENMO.
No. Breakout sessions are on a first come, first served basis. However, we encourage you to review the agenda and the breakout session descriptions prior to EMPOWER to plan your day.
Attendees will receive a name badge when the check-in at the registration desk at EMPOWER. Badges will be printed in advance. The deadline to receive changes to any registrations is April 16, 2025.
Wear what makes you happy, comfortable shoes are a MUST. You will be doing a lot of walking. In addition, we recommend layering clothing. The breakout session rooms tend to run a bit cool.If you are planning on attending any of the Wellness Studio sessions, please make sure to wear comfortable clothing.
Yes, there is a room block available for EMPOWER attendees. There are a limited number of rooms available. Link not available yet.
