Kate Bryant is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Honesdale National Bank (HNB).
Bryant began her career in the financial services industry in 1999, and in the banking industry in 2003. She joined HNB in 2004 in the Accounting Department and has held numerous positions including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, CFO and most recently Executive Vice President, CFO.
Bryant is a graduate of Honesdale High School. She received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from Villanova University. In June 2005, Bryant graduated with High Honors from the PBA School of Banking. Bryant has served on the State Advisory Council for the PBA’s School of Banking and successfully completed the Leadership Wayne program in 2009.
Donna Kane is a Retail Branch Manager for Fidelity Bank. After a lengthy career in retail sales, she pivoted and started a career in banking.
Kane has more than 20 years of customer service, sales and leadership experience. Throughout her career, Kane has had the opportunity to recruit, develop, nurture, and promote her team members. She has a passion to lead and coach others.
Kane serves on the Marley’s Mission Board of Directors as Treasurer.
Kane is a graduate of Scranton High School. In addition, she is a 2022 Leadership Lackawanna Core program participant and was chosen by her peers to receive the “Shining Star” award. Currently, Kane serves as an Advisor for the Leadership Lackawanna Core Program.
Micheline Orlowsky is the Program Director for the Masters and Dietetic Internship Program and is the Assistant Professor of Practice at Marywood University.
Orlowsky is active within the dietetics community and is currently serving as the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Chair and is a Past-President for the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (PAND) and the Northeast District of PAND.
Orlowsky received a bachelor’s, master’s degree and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Marywood University. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and graduated from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Leadership Institute Class of 2022.
Elizabeth Keiper is a Holistic Wellness & Education Specialist at Life Purposely.
As a wellness expert, Keiper is a coach, teacher, and public speaker on topics related to health and habit change. Keiper is passionate about helping women identify and overcome obstacles so that they can design and live life on their terms.
Keiper has owned and managed a business for 15 years.
Keiper received a bachelor’s degree Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from Norwich University. She is also a master certified health and life coach through Heath Coach Institute and has a certification in Functional Nutrition through Functional Nutrition Alliance.

Dr. Cynthia Edwards-Hawver is licensed psychologist, certified coach, speaker, writer, and host of The Mama Shrink Podcast.
Her focus is helping high functioning women move from survivor to thriver and overcoming antagonistic burnout. She has a passion for helping women let go of guilt and perfection, set boundaries, become more assertive and live a life filled with joy, passion, and contentment.
Dr. Hawver has been featured twice in The Scranton Times, Parents Magazine, Pumble, and Success Magazine. She’s appeared on Word of Mom Radio, The Good Girls Get Rich Podcast, WVIA, and NewsWatch 16.
Dr. Hawver is currently working on her forthcoming book and embracing being a single mom in her 50’s to two amazing boys.
Dr. Hawver is a graduate of Cornell University, Wright State University, and completed her doctoral internship at The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, Dr. Hawver has been a featured speaker at P&G. Prudential, Women’s Leadership Conference, Lyme Associations, Eating Disorder Associations, and has a weekly podcast (Mama Shrink) that has been running for several years. Dr. Tricia Richards-Service
Dr. Tricia Richards-Service is the president of I Need A Speaker, a global online platform that connects speakers with audiences.
Dr. Richards-Service has more than 20 years of experience as a communications professional. She has served organizations that range from billion-dollar, international Fortune 500 companies to local nonprofits. In addition, Dr. Richards-Service has presented at multiple international, national, and regional conferences.

Jen Azarowicz is the Director of Operations and Plant Manager for Plaskolite.
Azarowicz is graduate of Abington Heights. She then went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from Temple University. She has also completed several leadership classes at Northampton Community College and Kelly School of Business and plastics seminars at PA College of Technology.

Sean Ann Schoen is the Vice President – Director of Marketing at PS Bank.
Schoen has more than five years of experience in marketing in the banking industry. Prior to that, Schoen spent seven years in higher education.
Schoen received a bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University, and a master’s degree from Bloomsburg University.
Holly DiLeo is a Mortgage Loan Officer for Wayne Bank.
DiLeo started her professional journey right after earning her high school diploma. While she didn’t pursue a traditional college degree, DiLeo embraced every opportunity to grow through hands on learning. Her career has been a classroom, and each role has taught her skills that a degree alone could not provide.

Tracy Lynn Pagan is the General Manager of The Swiftwater Hotel.
Pagan has more than a decade of experience in hotel operations. In her current role, Pagan is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all departments in the hotel. She previously served as director of sales, director of hotel operations, front office manager, shift manager of marketing and hotel services manager.
Pagan holds certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Association as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
Abigale Platt is the Associate Director of Communications & Marketing at Johnson College, the region’s only technical college.
In this role, Platt oversees internal and external communications for the college. She is responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating traditional and digital marketing and promotional plans to enhance the College’s brand.
Platt also creates artwork with her cousin under the name, Creative Chaos.
Platt received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton.
Carolyn Rose is the President and Owner of Rose Insurance Agency.
In 2003, Rose became the first woman in the region to be an independent agent, president, and owner of an Erie Insurance Agency.
Rose has always had a unique approach to customer service, focusing on a greater understanding of her customer’s needs. She provides a wide range of insurance to protect the things that matter most to her customers.
Rose is committed to being an active member of the community and places a special focus on advancing young women in business and sports.

Kelly Young is a sales coordinator for InterMetro Industries. In this role, she supports commercial and healthcare markets through data analysis, pricing strategy, and reporting.
Young attended Dallas High School and spent her senior year in Argentina as a Rotary Youth Exchange student, becoming fluent in Spanish. The experience served as a turning point in her life and inspired her adventurous spirit. Her passion for language, culture, and travel has taken her to 28 countries. Her experiences include rappelling off a castle in Italy, climbing Mount Vesuvius, trekking Argentina’s Perito Moreno glacier, and skiing the French Alps.

Edna Cementina is the owner of EHealth Wellness & Fitness Studio in Dunmore. Her team offers personal training, massage therapy, and body contour services. Her journey is about family, wellness, and inspiring others to embrace their potential.
For two decades, Cementina worked as a Client Service Executive with Cigna Healthcare, but her passion for wellness led her to the fitness industry. In 2021, she opened a 600-square-foot fitness studio in Dunmore, which has grown into a 4,000-square-foot wellness center offering group fitness, spin, strength training, massage therapy, Reiki, and more.

Talia Walsh is the owner of Quest Studio, a specialty fitness studio and wellness center located in Jessup, PA. The business is comprised of three studios—a fitness studio and wellness center, yoga studio, and stretch and recovery center.
