EMPOWER TEEN Program is for teens between the ages of 16 and 18 who are enrolled in high school. For 2025, there are 100 registrations available. Registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Teens will participate in two keynote sessions and four break-out sessions and engage in wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, and sound therapy, and visit the Vendor Marketplace.
EMPOWER has partnered with Leadership Lackawanna and Leadership Northeast to manage and mentor students throughout the day. All mentors will have all necessary background checks and clearances.
Teens can register and attend individually or with their school district.
The cost to attend is $100.00/attendee and must be paid in full prior to the event. Transportation is not provided. This is a discounted rate for TEEN participants ONLY (Regular Conference Rate is $399/attendee).
In 2024, the following school districts had students who attended EMPOWER: Abington Heights, Dallas, Hanover Area, Holy Redeemer, Lakeland, Lake Lehman, Mid Valley, Old Forge, Nanticoke, Pittston, Pocono Mountain, Riverside, Scranton Prep, Tunkhannock Area School District, Valley View, Wyoming Valley West, Wyoming Area, Wyoming Seminary.
