This virtual course provides advanced leaders with all the fundamentals of leadership – but at a 2.0 level! Topics may include prioritizing purpose, reframing, humility, running effective meetings, generational diff erences and workplace diversity. This innovative and flexible online learning experience takes place via Zoom, for one hour, once a week, for eight weeks. Participants must work on weekly course content – but at their own pace and convenience! The use of a LinkedIn group will allow the class to share common ground, comment on each other’s experiences and build relationships. Leadership Fundamentals 2.0 is open to anyone who wishes to advance their personal and professional growth.

This innovative and flexible online learning experience begins February 19, 2025 and ends April 9, 2025. Participants work on weekly course content at their own pace. There are eight mandatory Zoom meetings: February 19, 26, March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9 (every Wednesday from 12-1pm)
