Hudspeth brings extensive HR management experience, including her recent role leading the executive director search for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic, showcasing her commitment to supporting local organizations and their missions. She also has a background in creating innovative HR solutions that drive both employee development and business growth, notably during her tenure at IKEA North America Services.
