Scranton Counseling Center to Host Raffle

Scranton Counseling Center will be hosting a raffle for Kalahari rooms and waterpark tickets.  Tickets go on sale Monday August 5^th through Thursday September 19^th, with the drawing on Friday September 20^th at 10 AM.
