The Dime Bank Announces Four Officer Promotions

The Dime Bank recently promoted four key team members to continue strengthening and developing their management team. 

Brian Haun to Vice President; Victoria L. Agazzi to Assistant Vice President; Nicholas Pomroy to Assistant Vice President; and Marcris A. Rueger to Assistant Vice President.

Brian Haun joined The Dime Bank seventeen years ago in September of 2006 as a member of The Dime Bank’s Wealth Management department. He then went through The Dime Bank management trainee program. Haun was promoted through various positions including mortgage collection advisor and loan officer. In 2019, Haun was promoted to Assistant Vice President. His current position as Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer affords him an opportunity to assist business customers.

Victoria L. Agazzi joined The Dime Bank in April of 2022 as The Dime Bank’s Greentown Branch Manager. Agazzi has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, managing the overall operations of the Greentown branch to meet the financial service needs of The Dime Bank’s customers. She works with management in the strategic planning for the branch market area to assist with overall goals of The Dime Bank and her staff’s development. Agazzi is involved in the Greentown area and supports various initiatives throughout the community. Agazzi has been in banking for the last 14 years; starting as a teller right out of college and working her way up through various roles. She has been a branch manager for the last seven years. Agazzi states, “All the years of my banking career have been spent working for community banks and I believe supporting our communities is vital to our success. I have a true passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and providing excellent service.”

Nicholas Pomroy joined The Dime Bank team in September 2020 with several years of experience in information technology, specifically as an information security support specialist. As Assistant Vice President, Network Administrator, Pomroy is responsible for planning, coordination, design, installation, and connectivity of computer and network systems to ensure the stable operation of The Dime Bank’s information technology network and infrastructure assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication protocols.

Marcris A. Rueger joined The Dime Bank’s Damascus team as branch manager in 2022. Rueger brought many years of banking experience to The Dime Bank including branch administration and training. With this promotion to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Rueger will continue to manage the Damascus branch, assisting customers to attain their financial goals. She will also take on increased project management roles for the overall bank. Rueger states, “The role of the Damascus manager is a wonderful experience. I have a certificate in accounting, and I enjoy learning new tasks. I am always up for challenging situations, and I believe each day is an opportunity to learn.”

FNCB Bank Announces Staff Promotions

FNCB, locally-based since 1910, announced several staff promotions.

Christina Baker, Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II

Christina Baker has been promoted to Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II where she is responsible for strengthening existing relationships and creating new relationships to grow the Bank’s deposits and loans to increase branch profitability, all while delivering world class customer service.

Miss Baker joined FNCB Bank in July 2021, where she was Personal Banker III and most recently Community Office Manager. Prior to joining the bank, she gained experience as a Universal Banker with Mellon Bank, and as a Head Teller, Retail Branch Assistant, and Loan Officer at Community Bank NA.

She is a graduate of North Pocono High School and has completed Leadership Lackawanna’s Leadership Fundamentals 2.0 program. She resides in Elmhurst Township with her husband Christopher, daughter Victoria, and son Ean.

Debra Burnett, Banking Officer, Human Resources Generalist

Debra Burnett has been promoted to Banking Officer, Human Resources Generalist where she is responsible for coordinating the internal and external staffing process to identify, evaluate, and on-board qualified candidates.

Miss Burnett joined FNCB in 2017 and most recently was a Human Resources Generalist. Prior to joining the bank, she worked for Gentex Corporation and Keystone College.

She is a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School and Keystone College with an associate degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management. She resides in Carbondale with her husband Richard, and has two children, Nicole and Richard.

Michael Darter, Assistant Vice President, Community Office Manager

Michael Darter has been promoted to Assistant Vice President where he is responsible for strengthening existing relationships and creating new relationships to grow the Bank’s deposits and loans to increase branch profitability, all while delivering world class customer service.

Mr. Darter joined FNCB Bank in 2021, and most recently served as Community Office Manager. Prior to joining the bank, he gained twenty years of management experience in mortgage banking and retail banking with different companies including Santander, Citizens Bank, CitiBank (CitiFinancial), First NLC Financial, and Ameriquest Mortgage.

He is a graduate of Freeport High School (NY). He resides in Drums with his son Jacob.

Paula Kashuba, Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II

Paula Kashuba has been promoted to Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II where she is responsible for strengthening existing relationships and creating new relationships to grow the Bank’s deposits and loans to increase branch profitability, all while delivering world class customer service. In her time with FNCB Bank, she has worked in Customer Care, served as a Customer Service Representative, a Personal Banker, Assistant Community Office Manager, Community Office Manager, and most recently Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II.

Christopher Moshinskie, Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II

Christopher Moshinskie has been promoted to Banking Officer, Community Office Manager II where he is responsible for strengthening existing relationships and creating new relationships to grow the Bank’s deposits and loans to increase branch profitability, all while delivering world class customer service.

In his time with FNCB Bank, Mr. Moshinskie has been an Assistant Community Office Manager, Community Office Manager I, and most recently Community Office Manager II. Prior to joining FNCB, he was a Licensed Banker at Citizens Bank.

He is a graduate of Bay Shore High School (NY) and the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He was awarded a certification in the Foundations in Leadership Program, provided through FNCB. As an active member of the community, he is an assistant coach within the Jessup Youth Sports Association. He resides in Jessup with his wife, Danielle, and children Gianna, Alivia, Logan, and Dominic.

New Hires and Promotions at Scranton Counseling Center

Promotions

Melanie is the coordinator of intake and emergency services. She has been employed at Scranton Counseling Center since 2014. Prior to her position, Melanie worked as a case manager, and was part of Lackawanna County’s Mental Health Court Program. Additionally, she served as a crisis worker with the focus of helping those in urgent need throughout the area. Melanie believes in the leadership and the mission of Scranton Counseling Center to continue providing the utmost quality and compassionate care.

Katlyn graduated with her bachelor’s degree in social work from Bloomsburg University in 2020. She has been employed at the center since 2020 in the crisis and intake department. Currently, Katlyn is the coordinator of crisis services. She is passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence and get connected to needed services.

New Hires

Connie comes to Scranton Counseling Center as Controller of Finance. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from King’s College and brings with her over 14 years of experience which includes a combination of public and private industry accounting.

Doug has over 20 years of municipal and non-profit accounting and grant writing experience. He is responsible for grant writing, fund raising and community outreach for Scranton Counseling Center. Doug believes in building strong community partnerships and will work to promote the Center in Lackawanna and Susquehanna Counties as well as the surrounding areas. He holds a BS in Accounting and a MBA in Business Management, both from Bloomsburg University.

Tammy serves as the Program Coordinator of Katie’s Place Clubhouse through Scranton Counseling Center. She has a strong background working within the mental health field, community support, and other social service organizations throughout the community. She is passionate about serving youth and adults in their pursuit of wellness and independence. 

Ashley has worked in the mental health field for 20 years with adults, adolescents and children across inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. She has training in trauma-informed care and utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. Ashley is passionate and committed to providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment; one that fosters growth, healing and connection in the lives of the individuals we serve.

Peoples Security Bank Announces Two Recent Promotions

Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company (PSBT) recently announced the promotions of Amanda Friday (Scranton) to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Minooka Office and Elvira Davies (Jessup) to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Abington Office. Friday and Davies will be responsible for ensuring area customers receive the best in banking services, mentoring their branch staff, and developing relationships with area businesses. 

Amanda Friday has nine years of banking experience with Peoples Security Bank. “Some of my job responsibilities include coaching the branch and ensuring that all customer services are being met, customer problems are resolved, sales objectives are met, and standard operating procedures are followed,” said Friday. Friday is currently attending Keystone College and majoring in Business Administration. She is on track to graduate at the end of 2023.


Elvira Davies has been with Peoples Security Bank for over 16 years and has a Master’s Degree in Financial Law. Starting as a part time teller at the Green Ridge Office, Davies has become a staple in the community. She has volunteered for NeighborWorks and is planning to become a member of the Rotary Club of the Abingtons. “With encouragement and support of my supervisors, I worked myself up to AVP, Branch Manager. I love what I do, and I’m proud to be a part of the PSBT team!” said Davies.

RailRiders 2023 Promotions, Giveaways & Themes Announced

Opening Day at PNC Field is 29 days away and the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders are thrilled to unveil their 2023 promotional and giveaway schedule. Later this month, the RailRiders begin a home schedule that currently features 16 giveaways, 12 fireworks nights, six custom jerseys, four Copa de la Diversión games and much more!


2023 Promotional Calendar Highlights:
Opening Day is March 31 against the Buffalo Bisons. Gates will open at 5:30 P.M. with a magnetic schedule giveaway courtesy of Highmark BCBS for the first 2,000 fans. First pitch is slated for 6:35 and, after the final out, pyrotechnics will light up the sky with our first fireworks show of the season.
During the year, fans can enjoy 11 additional post game fireworks extravaganzas. Friday Night Fireworks begin on May 26 and will follow every Friday home game for the rest of the season. Plus we have added a Saturday show on August 12!
Copa de la Diversión is back for a fourth year with dates scheduled for May 5, June 22, July 6 and August 10, all presented by La Tolteca.
Replica Jersey Giveaways on April 15 and September 16 are set to honor two of baseball’s legendary players. The RailRiders will give away a “42” replica home jersey in April honoring Jackie Robinson and a replica alternate jersey in September paying tribute to Roberto Clemente. The “21” jersey is presented by La Tolteca.
On May 6, this is the way to fun as Star Wars Night returns to a galaxy close to you. The RailRiders will don custom jerseys set to be auctioned off to benefit NEPA Inclusive. Gates open at 3 and the first 2,000 fans will get a pair of custom SWB socks. During the game, galactic agents of good and evil will patrol the concourse for photo opportunities.
May 10 and 24 are STEM School Days, presented by Penn State Scranton, Hazleton, and Wilke-Barre. First pitch on each date is set for 11:05 A.M., but prior to the games, students from across NEPA will have the chance to participate in our annual trebuchet competition.
Military Appreciation Day is May 27 with a 4:05 P.M. first pitch. Gates open at 3 with a RailRiders boonie hat giveaway courtesy of MetLife.

Marvel’s Defenders of the Diamond return to PNC Field on June 9 with custom jerseys to be auctioned off benefitting the Ronald McDonald House.
This season’s bobblehead lineup features three can’t-miss giveaways for the first 2,500 fans. Help celebrate manager Shelley Duncan’s return to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on June 10 with a Bobble Gnome Giveaway courtesy of PNC Bank.
June 11 is our first-ever Sensory Friendly Day. We will provide a sensory-safe environment for fans of all ages as the team takes on the Worcester Red Sox with a 1:05 P.M. first pitch, including reduced ballpark sounds, ZENsory Zone on-hand with sensory-friendly activities and much more.
June 22 is the RailRiders Open with a golf towel giveaway. Be the ball and enjoy a golf-inspired night with your best scramble to the ballpark.
Celebrate our nation’s independence at PNC Field on July 4. Lehigh Valley is in town for a 6:35 P.M. first pitch that night and we will have an extended fireworks show after the game as we honor America courtesy of the PA Lottery!

RailRiders Announce Promotions and New Hires

The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, are excited to announce key promotions and additions to their front office staff. Opening Day is March 31 and the team is gearing up for the new campaign with several promotions and hires across multiple departments.

“The 2023 season will be here before we know it and we are thrilled to promote several staff members while also adding talent to our staff,” said Katie Beekman, General Manager of the RailRiders. “Any new season in Minor League Baseball always brings some change in every front office. We believe these promotions will put our staff in a tremendous place to succeed. Our new hires are primarily focused on expanding our ticket and premium sales departments to improve customer service and make it easier for fans to enjoy a game at PNC Field.”

In December, Matt Hamilton was promoted to the role of Assistant General Manager. Kristina Knight was promoted to Senior Director, Partnership Management & Marketing. Ryan Long has been promoted to Senior Director of Stadium Operations and Dustin Spiegel is now the team’s Manager of Field Operations.

Hamilton joined the RailRiders staff before the 2022 season as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. He graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2010 and spent seven years as a news reporter and anchor before a transition to media sales. He joined the Amarillo Sod Poodles in 2018. In three seasons with the Arizona Diamondbacks Double-A affiliate, Hamilton advanced from serving as a corporate partnerships executive to leading the department. In his new role with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Hamilton’s responsibilities will include overseeing corporate partnerships, premium sales, group sales and ticketing.

Knight joined the RailRiders front office team in January 2006 as a Ticket Account Executive. After the announcement of the New York Yankees affiliation, she was promoted to Group Sales Manager. After one year in Group Sales, she was named Sponsor Service Manager. She was then promoted to the position of Senior Sponsor Service Manager. In addition to handling sponsorship accounts and activations, she will oversee the RailRiders Marketing and Game Day Entertainment. She is a 2001 graduate of Riverside Jr./Sr. High School and in 2005 earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Bloomsburg University.

Long joined the RailRiders staff in January 2021 as Director of Ballpark Operations. He attended Lackawanna College, graduating with an Associate Degree in Sports Administration. He then went on to Misericordia, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. Long has over 15 years of experience, serving in buildings such as Comerica Park in Detroit, the American Airlines Center in Dallas and the Spectrum Center in Charlotte.

Spiegel has been with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre since the 2019 season as the Assistant Groundskeeper. Before joining the RailRiders, he spent three years in the same role for the Lexington Legends in the South Atlantic League. Spiegel is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Management.

In addition to these promotions, the RailRiders have added seven staff members to the front office over the last few months.

Patrick Cawley has rejoined the RailRiders front office as the Director of Finance. He is a 2002 graduate of Pittston Area High School and a graduate of Misericordia University. During his time at Misericordia University, he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2007 and went on to complete his MBA in 2010. Cawley worked for SWB as their Senior Accountant from October 2020 through December 2021.

Mark Ambrose joined the RailRiders in December as an Account Executive in Season Ticket Sales. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management in 2021 and will finish his masters in Business Administration in 2023, earning both degrees from Keystone College. Ambrose, a Honesdale, PA, native was a member of the men’s basketball team as a walk-on from 2018 through 2021.

Colby Emma has been hired as a Group Sales Executive. He grew up in Scituate, Rhode Island. He attended Clarkson University, where he received his bachelor’s degree, as well as attending Northeastern University, where he received his master’s degree in Sports Leadership.

Spencer Barberree joins the staff as an Account Executive in Premium Sales. He is from Carlsbad, California, and after high school attended Texas A&M at Galveston, graduating in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies.

During the 2022 season or shortly after, Anthony Daniel, Krista Lutzick and Dan Ross were added to the front-office roster in full-time positions.

Daniel joined the RailRiders last summer as Account Executive in the Season Ticket Sales department. A native of Easton, PA, he attended East Stroudsburg University and majored in Sports Management. After graduating in 2021, he went on to work for Kevin Garnett’s Big Ticket Sports as their event operations intern.

Lutzick was a Community Relations Intern at the beginning of the 2022 season and was hired as the Community Relations Manager in August. Originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, she moved to Nashville in 2013 to attend Belmont University to study the music business. She graduated from Belmont University in 2016 and worked in the music industry for seven years. Lutzick will graduate with her Master of Science in Sport Management from Liberty University this spring.

Ross joined the franchise’s front office in January 2022 after serving as a sales intern for the 2021 season. In October, he was hired full-time as the Ticket Operations Manager. He is a native of Stroudsburg and attended East Stroudsburg University. Ross graduated from ESU in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Management.

Fidelity Bank Announces Banker Promotions

Daniel J. Santaniello, President & CEO, Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of 8 Fidelity Bankers. This distinguished group of Bankers exemplifies the vision and core values of Fidelity Bank.

Theresa M. Hinton, Esq., CTFA, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Serving Fidelity Bank since 2015, Hinton leads the Trust and Fiduciary services area of Fidelity Bank Wealth Management. She oversees account administration, relationship management, regulatory compliance, and business development. She also provides estate planning consultations to clients.

Hinton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from St. Francis University, Loretto, Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation in 2019, and her professional affiliations include membership in the Pennsylvania and Lackawanna County Bar Associations.

An active member of the community, Hinton is a board member of the Women’s Resource Center, a member of Lackawanna County Pro Bono’s Elder Law Clinic, and a member of the Estate Planning Council of NEPA. She is the assistant women’s tennis coach at Marywood University.

Hinton resides in Dickson City, with her husband, Attorney Tim Hinton. The couple has four adult children, Sara, John, Emily, and Daniel.


Dena Hughes has been named Bank Officer.  As Business Services Relationship Manager, Hughes provides critical strategic and operational support to increase revenue. She cultivates profitable business relationships and generates fee income by identifying, analyzing, selling, and supporting deposit, treasury management, and workplace banking products and services to clients.

Hughes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Communications from The College of Staten Island, City University of New York.

She serves as Treasurer of the GFWC Pocono Mountain Women’s Club, and as communications co-chairperson of GFWC Pennsylvania.

Hughes resides in Blakeslee with her husband, Stephen Hughes Jr.  She has three stepchildren, Stephen III, Riana, and Angela.


Judy Knowles Comerford has been promoted to Vice President. Comerford has been part of the Fidelity Bank team since 2012, and as Customer Experience Manager, she designs, develops, and delivers client experience training to Fidelity Bankers. She also serves as the Bank’s SAFE Act Officer.  

Comerford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marywood University, Scranton.

A resident of Clarks Summit, Comerford has five adult children, Caroline, John, Kathleen, Mary, and Michael.


Lauren Luongo has been appointed Assistant Vice President. As Business Relationship Manager, Luongo reviews and structures commercial loans designed to best meet the needs of new and existing clients. In addition to generating new business, she supports the Bank’s retail division through consultations with Bankers and clients.

Luongo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Misericordia University, Dallas, Pennsylvania.

Active in the community, Luongo is treasurer of North Pocono Feeding Families. She resides in Mayfield Township.


Logan Hansman has been promoted to Vice President. Serving as Retail Services Manager, Hansman leads a team of Bankers dedicated to ensuring efficient and effective branch operations through exceptional support, streamlined procedures and policies, and workflows designed to optimize the client and Banker experience.

Hansman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. She resides in Drums with her fiancé, Steve Eisenhart.


Lori Rowker has been named Bank Officer. A member of the Fidelity Bank team since 1984, she is the AAP, Electronic Banking Team Lead. Rowker facilitates Fidelity Bank’s electronic banking functions, providing critical technical and operational support to clients. She holds an Associate’s degree in Information Systems from Lackawanna College, Scranton, and earned her Accredited ACH Professional designation in 2015.

She resides in Dickson City with her husband, Lawrence.  The couple has a son, Thomas, and a granddaughter, Emma, age 8.


Matthew Stroney has been appointed Vice President, Credit Administration Manager. In his role, he assists in the preparation of the Bank’s quarterly and annual financial statements, prepares monthly and quarterly reports related to the Bank’s loan and asset quality, and manages the appraisal process for all real-estate secured commercial loans.

Stroney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware. He resides in Dalton.


Susan Lucas has been named Bank Officer. A member of the Fidelity Bank team since 1993, she is the Loan Operations Servicing Supervisor. As Loan Operations Servicing Supervisor, she oversees the daily operations of the Loan Servicing Department, including balancing accounts. 

She resides in Peckville.

Citizens Savings Bank Announces Promotions

Citizens Savings Bank in Clarks Summit has announced the promotions of Walter Belasky and Keleena McNichols.

Mr. Belasky has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President/Collections Manager in the Collections Department at Citizens Savings Bank.

Walter earned certifications in Security and Fraud Investigations and is a member of the PDCFlow organization. Looking back on his career with the bank, Walter started in January 2020 as a Full Time Collector and was then promoted in January 2021 to the role of Collections Manager.

In this new position, Walter will continue to be responsible for the supervision, organizing, planning, and directing of the institution’s loan collection activities in accordance with the institution’s policies and participate in special assignments as directed by senior management or the Board of Directors.

Mr. Belasky resides in Moscow.

Ms. McNichols has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President/Loan Operations Manager of the Loan Operations Department at Citizens Savings Bank.

Ms. McNichols earned her degree in English from Marywood University in 2008 and has held several roles at the bank throughout her career. Looking back on her 14 years with the bank, Keleena started her career as a Customer Service Representative/Teller in our South Scranton Branch. She was elevated to Customer Service Specialist in 2010 and then became a Collector in 2015. In 2019, Keleena took on the role of Assistant Loan Operations Manager and then was elevated to Loan Operations Manager in 2021.

Keleena is also Co-Founder and Board Member for Fight 4 Vets and has been Treasurer of the Betty Welby Foundation for the previous 16 years.

In this new position, Keleena will continue to be responsible for the supervision, organization, planning and directing the bank’s loan operations function and participate in special assignments as directed by senior management or the Board of Directors.

Ms. McNichols resides in Scranton.

FNCB Announces Staff Promotions

FNCB, locally-based since 1910, today announced several staff promotions.

Michael Cummings, CFMP, Senior Vice President, Marketing Manager

Michael Cummings, CFMP, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing Manager where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the Marketing function for the Bank, including strategic planning, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media.

Mr. Cummings has held numerous marketing roles since joining FNCB in 2011. Most recently, he was Vice President, Marketing Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, he spent 20 years in professional baseball as the Director of Public Relations for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons and Yankees.

He is a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and the University of Scranton where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing. In 2018, he was awarded the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) certification from the American Bankers Association for demonstrated excellence in the field of financial services marketing. An active member of the community, he has served as a youth soccer and softball coach and currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Scranton Redevelopment Authority. He resides in Scranton with his wife Wendy, son Andrew and daughter Elizabeth.

Jeffrey Mokychic, Vice President, Treasury Manager

Jeffrey Mokychic has been promoted to Vice President, Treasury Manager where he is responsible for managing daily liquidity and forecast longer-term liquidity position, developing, and implementing wholesale funding strategies, and assisting with the management of the Bank’s investment portfolio.

Mr. Mokychic joined FNCB in 2016 and most recently was Assistant Vice President, Treasury Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, he spent 15 years with the Bridgeton Group.

He is a graduate of Dallas High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science. He currently serves as the Education Superintendent at Orange United Methodist Church in Dallas, PA where he resides.

Daisy Geisinger, Assistant Vice President, Application Services Analyst

Daisy Geisinger has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Application Services Analyst where she is responsible for providing support and management for a wide variety of bank-wide applications.

Prior to joining the applications services team in 2014, Ms. Geisinger had extensive experience in bank operations and applications with ESSA Bank and Franklin Security Bank.

She is a graduate of Lake Lehman High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is also a graduate of Leadership Northeast, class of 2022. She resides in Harveys Lake with her husband Glen and children Meara and Griffin.

Joyce Groza, Assistant Vice President, Accounting Manager

Joyce Groza has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Accounting Manager where she will be responsible for management of the Finance division, FDIC and SEC reporting.

Prior to joining FNCB Bank in 2019, she was an assistant vice president at Ridgewood Savings Bank in Ridgewood, NY.

She is a graduate of Economics & Finance High School in New York, NY and Queens College (NY) with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics. She also attended the Executive Leadership program at the Michigan University Ross Business School. She resides in Mountain Top with her husband Christian and children Michael and Nikolas.

Claire Guarneri, Banking Officer, BSA Supervisor

Claire Guarneri has been promoted to Banking Officer, BSA Supervisor where she is responsible for overseeing the daily operational and administrative activities of BSA.

In her time with FNCB Bank, Ms. Guarneri has been a Lead Teller, Jr. Customer Service Officer, Community Office Manager and most recently the Retail Operations Supervisor. Prior to joining FNCB, she was a branch manager at Luzerne Bank.

She is a graduate of E.L. Meyers High School and attended Luzerne County Community College. She resides in Moosic with her husband Joe and daughter Gabriella.

Rebecca Richardson, Banking Officer, Electronic Banking Supervisor

Rebecca Richardson has been promoted to Banking Officer, Electronic Banking Supervisor where she is responsible for providing application support and training for online banking, mobile app, debit cards, as well as business online banking products.

Ms. Richardson has been with FNCB since 2014 previously serving as a Loan Operations Associate and Electronic Banking Coordinator. Prior to joining FNCB, she had a 15-year tenure with Bank of America.

She is a graduate of Old Forge High School and the University of Scranton with a certificate in accounting. She resides in Olyphant with her husband Mark.

John Zielinski, Banking Officer, Technology Services Analyst

John Zielinski has been promoted to Banking Officer, Technology Services Analyst where he is responsible for managing servers and workstations, resolving technology related issues and helping to implement new technology.

Mr. Zielinski has held numerous roles at FNCB since joining the Bank in 2011 including Retail Banking Assistant, Electronic Banking Analyst and Application Services Analyst.

He is a graduate West Scranton High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. He resides in Mountain Top.

Randy Snedeker, Banking Officer, Merchant Sales & Services Manager

Randy Snedeker has been promoted to Banking Officer, Merchant Sales & Services Manager where he is responsible for growing the Bank’s merchant services portfolio, including sales, service, and training to a wide variety of area businesses.

Prior to joining FNCB in 2018 as a Merchant Service Associate, he held various sales positions for companies in northeastern Pennsylvania. 

Mr. Snedeker is a graduate of Carbondale Area High School and the Pennsylvania State University with an associate degree in American studies and a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Additionally, he is a member of the TSYS/Global Payments Advisory Board Service Committee. He resides in Simpson with his wife Christy and children Abby and Milo.

Ted Kowalick, Banking Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator

Ted Kowalick has been promoted to Banking Officer, Mortgage Loan Originator where he is responsible for guiding prospective homeowners through the mortgage application process from initial loan application through closing.

Mr. Kowalick has been helping make the dream of home ownership come true for hundreds of clients since joining FNCB in 2006. 

He is a graduate of Forest City Regional High School and the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He resides in Clarks Green.

HNB Promotes New Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager

Ryan Ehrhardt

Thomas E. Sheridan Jr., President and CEO of The Honesdale National Bank, has announced Ryan Ehrhardt has been promoted to Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager.

In making the announcement, Sheridan stated, “We are pleased to have Ryan grow his career here at HNB.” He continued, “He has done an excellent job in support of our commercial lending team. His local knowledge and background in credit will be very valuable in his new position.”

As Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager, Ehrhardt will be responsible for supporting commercial loan officers through developing and managing commercial loan relationships, which includes providing a high level of service and analysis of commercial credit opportunities.

Ehrhardt began his career in the financial industry in 2019 with a Commercial Lending Internship at HNB. After graduating college, he managed Client Services at Vanguard before returning to HNB as Credit Analyst in 2021.

In commenting on his new role at HNB, Ehrhardt noted, “I consider myself very fortunate to work and start my career in banking at HNB.” He noted, “In the short time I’ve been here, I can confidently say this is a bank that genuinely cares about the people, businesses, and communities they serve, which is why I’m excited about my new role further positioning me to support our areas local business people.”

Ehrhardt is from Paupack, Pa. and graduated from Wallenpaupack Area High School. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University, 2020 (Magna Cum Laude) and has obtained a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing and Finance.

Outside of the bank, he enjoys spending time with his dog Levi, skiing, boating, fishing, hunting, and hiking.
