Timothy B. McGrath Tim McGrath is the general manager of the Viewmont Mall located in Dickson City. McGrath is employed by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT Services). He is a certified shopping center manager through the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and is a Pennsylvania real estate licensee. Tim has been general manager at Viewmont Mall since 2001. Prior to joining PREIT, McGrath worked in the public sector at both the federal and county levels. He was the Northeastern Pennsylvania regional director for United States Senator Harris Wofford and at the county level, he was chief clerk to Lackawanna County Recorder of Deeds, Evie Refalko McNulty. McGrath also has extensive political experience having worked as a paid campaign staffer or consultant in various capacities for candidates at all levels, most notably; advance staff to former Pennsylvania Governor Robert P. Casey, field director for Bob Casey, Jr.’s successful auditor general campaign, as well as multiple congressional races and various local, state, and municipal candidates. Additionally, McGrath has worked as part of a community development firm, The Springwood Group, and was hired by the Muscular Dystrophy Association to reopen the NEPA district office and also served as director of the Lackawanna County Trolley Museum. McGrath has remained active with The Chamber by currently serving as a vice president on the board of directors, as well as the executive and government affairs committees, which he formerly chaired, and previously as part of MetroAction. Tim also sits on the board of directors for Goodwill Industries of NEPA. Presently McGrath resides in Dunmore with his wife Heather, and their children; Burke, Mary Grace, and Robert.
